Self-adhesive labels are being applied on and in almost every electric and electronic device, like track and trace labels, serial number labels, warning labels, compliance labels, energy labels and point of purchase labels.

Our topcoated, white, matt chrome, silver and transparent polyester label materials are combined with the following adhesives:
- S8020: emulsion acrylic adhesive for smooth metals and some plastics
- S8001: our most versatile emulsion acrylic adhesive for smooth and slightly rough substrates, including low surface energy plastics and lacquers
- S8030: general purpose solvent based acrylic adhesive
Cost-effective electronics label materials and home appliances label materials
Some applications are technically low demanding, but very cost sensitive. In these cases our emulsion acrylic adhesive S8007 is the solution, especially on smooth substrates with high or medium surface energy like metals or plastics, for example ABS, Polystyrene, Polycarbonate and Nylon.

Labelling outgassing substrates - reduce the risk of bubbles
Some plastics release gas, especially injection-molded parts, when exposed to elevated temperatures. Under the surface of conventional labels the air is trapped and forms unattractive bubbles.
Avery Dennison AirEgress label materials uses a micro-embossed texture to create a nearly flawless, even finish. This texture in the adhesive S8040 creates a complex grid and allows any trapped air to escape, resulting in labels that stay smooth.
